Pound with Old Colony YMCA
Staff from the YMCA will lead a Pound exercise class.
Yoga, mindfulness and relaxation exercises for kids, which build strength, balance, and confidence.
Hip Hop with Karen
A high-energy, fun Hip Hop class led by Karen Rich.
Nature Walk with Wildlands Trust
Explore the Russell & Sawmill Pond Conservation Area with Nature Guides from Wildlands Trust. Learn about the plants and animals that live in the forest and how you can help protect the local environment. We’ll also enjoy a mindfulness activity and healthy snack along the trail.
Lunch generously provided by Moe's. Snacks provided by Healthy Plymouth.
While the students are on the Nature Walk, parents are welcome to attend our “Hidden in Plain Sight” workshop with Plymouth Youth Development Collaborative (PYDC). (This workshop will run from 2:30pm-4:00pm).
Or Option 2: Plymouth Fitness Fun Day
THIS PROGRAM IS FULL
Students will enjoy HD Boot Camp, Dodgeball & Wallyball, Spartan Obstacle Race and a smoothie break with Registered Dietician, Ali Miller. Separate Plymouth Fitness waiver required.
